Mark Potter, Bsc is a recognized leader in the fields of health, fitness and wellbeing, nutrition, and functional and integrative Training. He is the creator of The Concept Personal Training system, county squash player, bowen therapist and endurance athlete.
Mark has been studying, practicing, and teaching everything fitness for more than 13 years. He did his undergraduate work at St Mary’s University graduating with 2:1 in Sport and exercise science and further studied Personal training, nutrition and Bowen Therapy in recent years.
Mark’s work is informed by his own experience working with a vast array of clients from a variety of settings including athletes and general populations with chronic conditions.
Mark teaches and practices functional training methods, endurance specific training, speed, power and quickness for sports and rehabilitative programs. His personalized approach to health fitness and wellbeing recognizes the biological uniqueness of each client. It is an evidence-based field that views the body as an interconnected whole, and recognizes the importance of these connections in health and progressive training and wellbeing programs.
